- These oscilloscopes with a 10.1″ colour touch screen cover frequency bands from 100 MHz to 500 MHz.
The MSO/DS7000 range of oscilloscopes uses the signal acquisition circuit designed by the Chinese manufacturer Rigol.
Depending on the model, these instruments cover an evolving frequency range of 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, and 500 MHz.
Signals are sampled at the maximum rate of 10 GS/s (on one channel), 5 GS/s (on two channels), 2.5 GS/s (on four channels).
The waveform capture rate reaches up to 600,000 waveforms per second.
Their maximum memory depth is 500 Mpts (for one channel), 250 Mpts (on two channels), 125 Mpts (on four channels).
All models are equipped with a 10.1″ capacitive colour touch screen (1024 × 600) for optimal display of signals and information such as cursors and their coordinates, mathematical parameters, etc.
Rigol’s range of MSO/DS7000 oscilloscopes offers different trigger modes, mathematical calculations and various functions (FFT, mask test, jitter and power analysis).
These oscilloscopes offer several measurement functions in addition to analog and digital signal acquisition: logic analyzer (16 channels, 62Mpts, 1.25 GS/s), optional arbitrary waveform generator (2 channels, 25 MHz), 3-digit digital voltmeter, 6-digit frequency counter, and protocol analyzer optional offering different trigger and decode modes for serial protocols (RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, I2S, and MILSTD-1553).
Different connection interfaces are available: USB Host, USB Device, LAN(LXI), HDMI, USB-GPIB and USB Mouse.
