Keysight’s Second Quarter 2026 Results

  • Keysight Technologies released its financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2026, which ended April 30.
  • The U.S. company reported growth in both revenue and earnings compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.
  • Keysight’s revenue for the third fiscal quarter of 2026 is expected to be between $1.73 billion and $1.75 billion.

 
Quarterly revenue reached $1.72 billion, compared to $1.31 billion a year earlier. Net income under GAAP was $349 million, compared to $257 million in the second quarter of 2025.

Non-GAAP net income reached $497 million, compared to $295 million a year earlier.

Cash flow from operations was $501 million, compared to $484 million in the second quarter of 2025. Free cash flow reached $472 million, compared to $457 million a year earlier. As of April 30, 2026, the Group’s cash and cash equivalents totaled $2.43 billion.

  • The Communications Solutions Group (CSG) generated revenue of $1.231 billion, up 35% year-over-year. This growth was driven by a 40% increase in the business communications sector and a 24% increase in the aerospace, defense, and government projects sectors.
  • The Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG) reported revenue of $486 million, a 24% increase compared to the second quarter of 2025. According to the California-based company, this growth encompasses all markets served by this division, including automotive, energy, general electronics, and semiconductors.

 
General Manager Satish Dhanasekaran indicated that the company is raising its guidance for fiscal year 2026, based on the growth in orders and revenue recorded since the beginning of the year.
