The AH15203A/B series amplifiers cover a frequency range from 200 kHz to 125 GHz (at -6 dB). They are capable of amplifying PAM4 signals at rates up to 140 Gbaud, delivering a maximum output voltage of 2.0 Vpp.

The amplifier offers a gain of +15.0 dB and a maximum time jitter of 300 fs. This frequency response enables line loss compensation while preserving waveform integrity during optical component evaluation. The integrated bias tee allows for the direct injection of the DC voltage required for modulator operating points, eliminating the need for external components.
