- Anritsu announces the firmware update of its MT1000A Network Master Pro tester used for urban, regional and mobile network test campaigns.
- This firmware update provides this portable instrument with eCPRI/RoE and 100 Gbit/s latency measurement capabilities.
The new version of the MT1000A tester, with features for 5G mobile network testing, supports the measurements required by mobile operators and network installation companies.
The newly MT1000A eCPRI/RoE and delay measurement functions are suitable for measuring throughput and latency and performing time synchronization tests during the Installation and Maintenance of 5G mobile networks carrying eCPRI/RoE traffic
The MT1000A Network Master Pro is a portable tester for evaluating the transmission quality of different telecommunication networks operating at speeds between 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps.
RFC2544 and Y.1564 compatible, it also supports other network evaluation test standards, including Sync-E and IEEE 1588v2 tests.
Used in conjunction with the optional GPS Disciplined Oscillator MU100090A, it offers support for time synchronization tests based on GPS time data as well as one-way latency measurements between two remote MT1000A units.
