- Farnell, an Avnet company and global distributor of electronic components, products and solutions, is now marketing Rohde & Schwarz’s R&S LCX family of LCR meters.
- According to Farnell, these are the first general-purpose LCR meters to cover a frequency range of up to 10 MHz for impedance measurements on AC components such as capacitors, inductors, resistors and analog filters.
- Rohde & Schwarz LCR meters perform all standard impedance measurements as well as specific measurements on certain types of components.
- The R&S LCX100 covers a frequency range from 4 Hz to 300 kHz, while the R&S LCX200 has an upper frequency limit of 500 kHz that can be extended to 1 MHz or 10 MHz by software.
