Metrology: Trescal signs a partnership agreement with Sefram

  • As a world specialist in metrology, Trescal has signed a partnership contract with Sefram, for a renewable period of 3 years, for the adjustment of the French brand’s recorders and acquisition systems.

“This agreement with Trescal will enable us to provide better service to our customers and meet the maintenance requirements of our recorders on industrial sites. This is a very important contract for us. We will then want to extend it to the European and American markets,” says Roger Marenthier, Sefram’s sales and marketing director.

Trescal technicians will be trained by Sefram and will ensure the deployment of the adjustment method in all Trescal network branches, particularly in France, Morocco and Tunisia.

Trescal’s autonomy in carrying out these adjustments (on site or in the laboratory) will benefit customers, who will thus benefit from shorter lead times and reduced costs without prolonged downtime of their equipment.

“This collaboration allows Trescal to acquire new skills and thus reduce the use of external subcontracting. Having a technical and commercial agreement with Sefram allows our technicians to benefit from the experience and training of a specialist manufacturer in its field while meeting the strong demand of our mutual customers,” explains Thierry Feuvrier, Technical Director of Trescal France.
