– Bandwidth ≥1.5 GHz, rise time <267 ps, input capacitance ≤1 pF.
– Measures signals with voltage variations up to 16 V.
– Compact probe head enables probing of small circuit elements. Can be connected to SMDs with 0.5 mm pitch.
– Direct connection to oscilloscopes with TekVPI™ probe interface. This enables automatic reading of measurements on the oscilloscope screen. No additional amplifier or software support required.
