- NI Connect 2025, Emerson’s test and measurement conference, will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, from April 28-30.
- NI Connect is the new name for the annual NI Weeks event, traditionally held in Austin, Texas, home to National Instruments (NI), which Emerson acquired in 2023.
- The annual NI Connect conference aims to showcase how to leverage an integrated hardware and software approach to address growing product complexity and maintain a competitive edge in testing.
The event will bring together engineers, researchers, and business leaders from across all industries to share the latest advancements in test and measurement technologies.
Presentations will include NI’s vision for testing and developments in the NI LabVIEW, NI DAQ, NI PXI platforms, and more.
Other companies will be participating alongside the Texas-based company:
– Archer Aviation: Director of Integrated Test Tramone Curry Ph.D. will share how Archer is using NI’s hardware-in-the-loop simulation platforms to validate its eVTOL aircraft, Midnight, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance as they work toward commercial certification.
– Milwaukee Tool: Automation Engineering Manager Beth Heath will showcase how her team is transforming test automation to enable 24/7 tool life testing and accelerate product development cycles – all while expanding into new markets like outdoor products and lighting.
– Qualcomm: Principal Engineers Luis Reyes and Bertram Joseph will discuss how standardizing on NI’s PXI-based test platforms enables scalable, consistent validation across global labs for complex RF and PMIC devices, driving faster development cycles and supporting next-generation wireless technologies like 5G mmWave and Wi-Fi 7.
– University of Texas: Jamie Huffman, Program Director and Assistant Professor at the Texas Rocket Engineering Lab (TREL) will share how this student-led team is designing, testing, and launching liquid-propellant rockets with LabVIEW at the heart of their ground software architecture.
In addition to the live-streamed keynotes, NI Connect will feature an lineup of live demonstrations and educational sessions. With over 90 expert-led immersive sessions, attendees will gain practical insights into scalable platforms, workflow optimization and comprehensive ecosystems shaping the future of test.
