- Rohde & Schwarz offers the new R&S NRPxE series of RF power probes covering frequency ranges from 10 MHz to 8 or 18 GHz.
These probes are suitable for a variety of applications, from R&D and production to education and field test applications.
The R&S NRPxE series of RF power probes replaces the RF NRP-Z2x1 series, and enables the currently required power measurements to be carried out on modulated and unmodulated signals.
These power probes feature a dynamic range of up to 80 dB and a video bandwidth of 100 kHz. What’s more, they can perform up to 1,000 measurements per second.
Covering frequency ranges from 10 MHz to 8 or 18 GHz, these power probes meet a variety of measurement needs. Their compact design and rugged casing make them easy to handle and guarantee reliable operation in demanding environments.
Ergonomic design
These probes are characterized by their ergonomic design and compliance with the IEEE color coding of labels and connectors. This ensures safe and secure operation. Their integrated trigger function and RGB LED status indicator provide additional convenience. They enable users to monitor sensor status and trigger measurements with ease.
Integration and remote control
Equipped with a USBTMC interface, R&S NRPxE probes can be integrated into test systems and controlled remotely via a PC or mobile device. Thanks to the free PowerViewer mobile application, measurements can be carried out in the field from an Android smartphone. This makes them ideal for on-site service and maintenance work.
