- Trescal announces the acquisition of Korean metrology laboratory Unithree.
Following this first acquisition since Trescal was acquired by EQT, the metrology services specialist now has six sites in Korea with 330 employees and sales of over €40m.
Founded in 2011 and merged with KCDI in 2018, Unithree employs 25 people. Its sales amount to €2M. Its accredited services cover the dimensional, force and mass fields. The laboratory serves customers in the automotive, shipbuilding, energy and metal forging sectors.
