- The German company Dissecto, a subsidiary of the dSpace Group, announced the integration of agentic artificial intelligence workflows into HydraVision, its automated cybersecurity testing platform for embedded and cyber-physical systems.
This update aims to automate the generation and execution of validation scenarios on real equipment. Specifically, the system transforms security engineering data—such as threat analysis reports (TARA), software buy-in-memory (SBOM) inventories, or alerts from security operations centers (SOC/VSOC)—into test scripts that can be executed on hardware targets.
Technically, the platform relies on a separation between the AI generation phase and the execution phase. The test scenarios and resources created by the AI are saved for deterministic and repeated execution, without requiring the AI to be called upon again or consuming tokens in subsequent cycles. This target-agnostic architecture allows the same test suites to be reused across different systems under test.
The tool primarily targets the automation of repetitive tasks such as security regression testing, software update validation, and the export of evidence reports for regulatory compliance. dissecto will demonstrate how these workflows work at its ScapyCon conference in September 2026.
