- B&K Precision offers the MPS1000 series power supplies, which can integrate several modules in a 1U enclosure.
- These power supplies, which can combine from 1 to 4 outputs, can deliver up to 1200 W of power.
Users can configure the DC power supply system to suit their needs by choosing from the eight interchangeable modules available. The modules support different output voltage/current levels and are capable of generating 100 W (multi-range) or 300 W (fixed range) to meet different power requirements.
Modules integrated in the 1U chassis can be controlled independently. Identical modules can be combined in series/parallel to increase the maximum voltage/current output level to 400 V or 80 A.
Several power supplies in this series can be synchronized with each other. The list mode allows complex power supply sequences to be programmed via the front panel.
These power supplies feature module synchronization, output coupling, adjustable voltage/current slew rates and low-noise outputs.
The operating software supplied enables remote access to the power supply from a PC. The battery test software lets you create charge/discharge sequences and record data.
MPS series power supplies feature standard USB (USBTMC compatible), LAN (LXI-Class C compatible) and GPIB interfaces supporting SCPI commands. LabVIEW, IVI-C and IVI.NET drivers are also available for integration in automatic test systems.
