- B&K Precision announces the launch of its new DAQ3120 Benchtop Data Acquisition System which combines a 6-½ digit digital multimeter (DMM) and a data logger in one compact and modular design.
- The functionality of this desktop acquisition system can be adapted to user needs thanks to three interchangeable switching modules that fit into the rear of the device.
The built-in DMM provides a basic DCV accuracy of 0.0035%, and measures 14 different input types, including temperature, AC/DC voltage and current (to 600 VDC / 400 VAC, 2A), resistance, frequency, period, capacitance, and strain.
Up to 100 kpts of data can be stored in non-volatile memory with time stamps for all readings. Or the data can be writed directly into a connected USB drive via the USB host port.
Equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT color display, the modular acquisition system has three slots for accommodating specific switching modules on the rear panel. This allows the base unit to be configured according to application needs.
Standard connectivity options include LAN and USB (USBTMC and USBVCP). A micro-GPIB port is also available on the GPIB model.
Additional PC software for test configuration and control is available free for download.
