- Electro Rent announces the launch of the MyER Portal digital platform to enable its customers to manage their contracts and view their equipment fleet.
MyER Portal will be made available at no extra cost to the customers of the specialist in the rental and sale of new and used instruments.
The portal offers tools to manage contracts and equipment from a single interface. Thanks to this online tool, purchasing managers and users of test instruments have access to a set of information related to their test equipment: rental and purchase contracts, detailed data about the instruments, their documentation, their location…
It is thus possible to extend rental contracts online, make a calibration request or assign equipment to specific projects and cost centers… This provides a better visibility of its equipment fleet and avoids that some instruments remain on a site without being used. Unused instruments can then be reassigned to other projects.
The MyER portal also allows Electro Rent’s customers to create, save and download targeted reports to modify the way data is displayed on screen according to their specific needs.
Customers can add their own equipment to get an overview of their entire instrument fleet.
