- Miriade, French parent company of ES France, has acquired 100% of the German company Emco Elektronik.
- Emco Elektronik is a distributor of test solutions in the field of radio and microwave frequencies, as well as electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing.
- Miriade is a French family-owned holding company specializing in the value-added distribution of instruments, components and IT systems. The parent company of ES France and ES Canada, it is now the parent company of Emco Elektronik.
This acquisition is part of Miriade’s international development plan, which aims to strengthen the French group’s presence in future technology markets and diversify its product portfolio.
Emco Elektronik, founded in 1991 and located in the suburbs of Munich, becomes a sister company of ES France and ES Canada. With this operation, Miriade expands its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This acquisition is in response to requests from ES France and Emco Elektronik customers for a single European distribution partner. Ultimately, Miriade says its customers will benefit from simplified purchasing processes, a harmonized product and service offering, optimized costs and unified support.
