John Kim, CEO of AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation appoints new CEO and three new executives

  • US-based AR has appointed John Kim (picture) as CEO of AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation, a company specializing in EMC, RF and microwave test and measurement equipment.
  • The new CEO will be joined by three individuals who have taken on new roles of responsibility within the company: Jerry Miller is now vice president of sales, Dan Williamson has assumed the role of vice president of accounting operations, and Max Chahbazian has been promoted to vice president of technical programs.

 
John Kim joined US AR in 2016 as vice president of corporate operations. In 2018, he was promoted to chief operating officer (COO), with responsibilities for AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation, AR Modular RF, AR Europe and SunAR RF Motion. Prior to his tenure at AR, John Kim held various management positions at AeroVironment, Ryder, Bombardier Aerospace and Cessna Aircraft.

Jerry Miller has held a variety of responsibilities since joining AR in 2017 as regional sales manager. He previously served as senior vice president of global sales and applications at Anadigics.

Dan Williamson joined AR in 2018 as an accounting manager. Prior to joining AR, he held various accounting leadership roles at URBN, Brookfield Global Relocation Services, GMAC Mortgage and Weyerhaeuser.

Max Chahbazian has over 30 years of experience in the radio and microwave industry. He joined AR in 2018 as director of technical programs. Prior to joining AR, he held technical leadership roles at Prana R&D and Gerac-Thales.
