Volume manufacturing test
The new Keysight i7090 Board Test system designed to perform parallel testing, on multiple printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), to achieve high volume throughput. The demonstration will also feature PathWave Manufacturing Analytics software to reveal how this solution provides actionable insights from data analysis.
Test Automation Software
Keysight’s PathWave Test Automation software provides graphical interfaces for developing, optimizing and managing test plans to view, compare and share test results across teams.
Validation Testing
Keysight showcases the strengths of the InfiniiVision 6000X and Infiniium MXR series oscilloscopes and software for validation testing. The update rates and zone triggering of its oscilloscopes, combined with the Fault Hunter available on the MXR oscilloscope, are intended to make it easier to detect hidden errors and reduce the time required for high-speed serial bus compliance testing.
The P9375B Streamline Series vector network analyzer with the P9336A Streamline Series arbitrary waveform generator, the P924xA Streamline Series oscilloscope, the new N932xC basic spectrum analyzer, and the N5166B RF CXG vector signal generator enable characterization of radio frequency (RF) components. Associated software helps users investigate, characterize and troubleshoot electronic designs, from spectrum analysis to RF measurements on pulsed signals.
