Based on an PXIe modular platform, the TS-960e-5G tester is a compact integrated solution that can be equipped with up to 24 independent VNA channels for signal vector analysis, up to 256 dynamic digital channels with parametric measurement units (PMU) for each channel and a variety of digital and analog instruments.
The TS-960e-5G can support functional and DC parametric testing. It offers software tools specific to 5G testing as well as a digital vector conversion utility supporting ASCII, WGL, STIL, VCD, eVCD and ATP formats.
Designed for production test applications, the TS-960e-5G is available with an inTEST manipulator that allows precise positioning of the test head and the ability to interface with automated probes and manipulators. The TS-960e-5G is designed to interface with virtually any handling system.
Semiconductor manufacturer Renesas-IDT has partnered with Marvin Test Solutions to validate the performance of its beamforming devices on the TS-900e-5G system.
The TS-960e-5G system uses the ATEasy software suite to develop and maintain test applications. Digital and parametric testing, as well as support for the SPI/I2C interface to control and monitor the tested device functionally are supported in ATEasy Test Executive and Test Development Suite, as well as all instrument drivers, virtual dashboards, system self-test and ICEasy that facilitates the development and characterization of device tests.
