T3DSO3000HD oscilloscopes from Teledyne Test Tools

Teledyne Test Tools’ T3DSO3000HD oscilloscopes digitize signals with 12-bit resolution

  • Teledyne Lecroy has extended its range of oscilloscopes in the Teledyne Test Tools series with the T3DSO3000HD oscilloscopes, which digitize signals with 12-bit resolution.
  • Equipped with four analog inputs, these oscilloscopes cover analog bandwidths of 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz and 1 GHz, depending on the model.
  • Analog signals are digitized with 12-bit resolution at a maximum sampling rate of 4 GS/s (2-channel) or 2 GS/S  (4-channel).

These oscilloscopes feature memory depths of up to 400 Mpts. They come as standard with all serial data triggering and decoding options, as well as power analysis, Bode plotting and sequence mode functions.

Several triggering modes are supported, including serial bus triggering. Various tools for capturing, storing and analyzing signals are available as standard, such as waveform history recording, search and browse functions in an acquisition sequence, sequence mode, mask test, Bode plot and power analysis.

The T3DSO3000HD series oscilloscopes feature over 50 automatic measurement functions and 9 mathematical calculation functions, including FFT calculation.

With the optional logic probe, these oscilloscopes can be transformed into mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOs). The 4 analog inputs are complemented by 16 digital inputs. A built-in 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator can be activated as an option.

T3DSO3000HD series oscilloscopes capture up to 200,000 waveforms per second (wfm/s) in normal mode and 890,000 wfm/s in sequence mode. They feature a signal display with 256 levels of color intensity according to occurrence.

These instruments feature a 10.1” capacitive multi-touch screen. They can also be controlled with a mouse, and remotely via the built-in Web server when connected to a local network.
