- Rigol Technologies moved its new European headquarters to Gilching near Munich in June 2020.
In the new, larger sales and service center for Europe, the number of employees for application and customer support has also been increased in order to ensure the best possible on-site support for customers in the future.
Competent employees are available to assist customers with the selection of instruments, the explanation of the specifications and functions, the corresponding measurement requirements, support with programming and all other commercial questions.
In addition to the administrative and technical support (support, service, repair), Rigol now offers factory calibration with a certificate for a large number of its products.
For better and even faster availability of the devices, the warehouse was also outsourced to a local logistics partner in order to guarantee even shorter delivery times.
