- Rohde & Schwarz is organizing two online information days on automotive testing technology on May 5 and 6, 2021.
- The Automotive Tech Days, organized in collaboration with the Warwick Manufacturing Group, will be held online in the form of webinars.
- All sessions will be presented in English, with the opportunity to ask questions after the webinars.
During the online technical days, Rohde & Schwarz, in collaboration with the University of Warwick and the Midlands Future Mobility (MFM), will present current and future testing challenges in the automotive sector.
This event offers the opportunity to learn more about the field and to interact with experts from academia and industry.
Each day will begin with a presentation by Rob Short and Philip McCluskey of Rohde & Schwarz. Throughout the day, presentations will cover radar integration testing, automotive communication systems, the latest advances in 5G in the automotive industry, C-V2X communication techniques, connected vehicle testing in the lab, and battery management system (BMS) testing.
“The automotive industry has clear goals and ambitions for autonomous driving and vehicle electrification by ensuring an increasingly safe and connected driving experience. To achieve these goals, quality testing is paramount. These webinars will present the latest automotive trends in 5G technologies and information about road testing of connected and autonomous vehicles,” said Rob Short, director of automotive business development at Rohde & Schwarz.
