- Marvin Test Solutions, a provider of testing solutions for military, aerospace and manufacturing organizations, has named Cesar “Rico” Rodriguez, CEO of Splash 3 LLC, as director of business development for the military and aerospace business.
A graduate of The Citadel and the U.S. Naval War College, Cesar “Rico” Rodriguez is a U.S. Air Force veteran who retired after a 25-year career as a colonel, commander and fighter pilot.
He has 16 years of experience in the private sector during which time he served in business strategy and business development roles in various business units of Raytheon and Raytheon Technologies.
Cesar “Rico” Rodriguez currently serves on the Board of Directors of the 390th Memorial Museum in Tucson, Arizona, which honors the 390th Bombardment Group’s service during World War II.
